Say No to Early Marriage!

KKN PPM (Collage Community Service Program) from Mercu Buana Yogyakarta University held an PUP (Age Maturity of Marriage)  and a Stunting Preventive Action  Workshop in Ngaglik sub-district hall.

On 6 August 2023 at Ngaglik sub-district; KKN Mercu Buana Yogyakarta University Community Program collaborated with Semanu 1 Public Health Center successfully held an education event about the Marriage Age Maturity and a Stunting Preventive Action. The event was held in order to gaining awareness of Ngaglik sub-district society related to how dangerous early marriage is e as well as giving a knowledge about  what is stunting and the difference between normal and stunted children, also the importance of giving  special attention toward children nutrition in order to prevent stunting.

In this event, there were 40 sub-district participants , including young mothers, teenagers, and women villagers that participated in listening to the public health center speaker. KKN UMBY  also takes part in maintaining  the circumstance and filtered the questions which come from the audience.
