Kalurahan NGEPOSARI

The Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision, commonly known as PAMSIMAS, is a sub-district development platform focused on water and sanitation that commenced with a cultural approach. In 2022, Ngeposari Sub-District saw the implementation of PAMSIMAS in three locations: Kalangbangi Lor A, Gunungsari, and Wediutah.

The PAMSIMAS project commenced on June 15, 2022, and concluded on October 13, 2022, followed by a functional experiment on August 31, 2022. In Kalangbangi Lor A, PAMSIMAS successfully provided services to approximately 160 households across three sub-villages: Tunggaknongko, Kalangbangi Lor A, and Kalangbangi Lor B. The construction of PAMSIMAS was funded by both the government, with a total of Rp. 400,000,000.00 (four hundred million rupiah), sourced from APBN, and the community, contributing Rp. 45,000,000.00 (forty-five million rupiah).

On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Mr. H. Sunaryanta, the Chief Regency of Gunungkidul, attended the inauguration ceremony of PAMSIMAS TIRTA KENZAMY at the village meeting hall in Kalangbangi Lor A. Despite heavy rainfall, the sacred ceremony proceeded without interruption. Prior to the signature ceremony on the ceremonial stone, symbolizing the inauguration of PAMSIMAS, there was a handover process by the Ngeposari Village Chief.
